During the first year we had charter members driving from as far as Holdenville, Cushing, Yukon, Tuttle, and Sulphur. The club was formed at a time when there were few clubs in the state and there was a need in the central part of Oklahoma for an organization to inform people of parades, tractor shows, and gather to talk about tractors and preserving our farming heritage. The club was also intended to help promote the Pottawatomie Free County Fair tractor show which had grown from 10 tractors the first year in 1991 to 58 in 1993.
